Rich, founder & owner
Rich founded The Pickled Chef with a clear vision: to create a welcoming neighbourhood dining destination celebrated for inventive flavours, and genuine community spirit. Overseeing day-to-day operations and our event dining spaces. Rich does all the behind the scenes action but he enjoys an evening on the bar or walking round the restaurant to talk to our customers
Jade, head chef
Jade leads our kitchen brigade with precision, boundless creative energy, and a love for seasonal produce. Focusing on signature preserves, balanced acidity, and modern culinary twists, Jade crafts each menu to highlight bold flavours and fresh British ingredients with flair. She been in the cheffing industry for 11 years now and still has so much passion and pride.
Sophie, Restaurant manager
Sophie curates the welcoming front-of-house atmosphere that sets our restaurant apart. Orchestrating service with charm, attentiveness, and seamless professionalism, she guarantees that every meal, private dinner, and celebration is smooth and memorable from start to finish. Between her and Rich they are great at making customers feel comfortable and at home.
